Schoenbach continued working with youth outside the First Tee network before joining the Raritan Valley chapter Program Director in 2019. Schoenbach jumped the opportunity to continue Building Game Changers in warmer climate and joined First Tee Greater Wilmington as the Program Director in 2022. She started playing golf at age 7 but mostly focused on softball growing up returning to the game of golf in college for fun! Dana and her four-legged best friend, Alara, are loving their new life at the beach and can’t wait to keep exploring the area!

“What I’ve enjoyed most about my years with First Tee is that no matter where you go, you will find like-minded people who want to help the next generation grow into the best versions of themselves, participants having fun through a life-long game and building skills that will allow them to handle all life throws their way.”

After a few seasons, he became Lead Golf Coach and Summer Camp Lead Supervisor in 2019.  In 2020, Oliver was asked to be the interim Director of Golf Operations, which became official until arriving at First Tee Greater Wilmington in September 2021 to be the new Outreach and Program Coordinator. He started playing golf at the age of 12 with his dad and brother on Sunday afternoons at the local links, having also played multiple other sports in his youth. Oliver moved to Wilmington in September 2021 and enjoys the many different aspects of the area, from its people to its beaches and everything in between. Some of his favorite activities include being outdoors, relaxing, and throwing corn hole!

“What I enjoy most about First Tee is that I can give back to the golf community in a way that I never got to experience.  I was self-taught and did not have First Tee when I was starting to help me develop those skills and character tools that benefit the kids so much. Also, if you would’ve told teenage Kyle that he could work at a golf course as a career without being a professional, he would’ve laughed in your face. I am thankful for that!”
