Isaak Tschekunow Selected for 2025 PURE Insurance Championship at Pebble Beach!

We are thrilled to share that Isaak Tschekunow has been selected to participate in the 2025 PURE Insurance Championship at Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill this September! Isaak will be paired with a PGA TOUR Champions player for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, which will be nationally televised on the Golf Channel.

This prestigious opportunity is a rare and incredible honor for a First Tee participant—and one that Isaak has earned through hard work, determination, and growth. After narrowly missing selection in 2024, Isaak dedicated himself to becoming the best version of himself both on and off the course—and it paid off.

While a portion of Isaak’s travel is covered by First Tee HQ, there are still significant costs associated with the trip. Isaak is leading an effort to help bridge the funding gap, and your support can help make this dream a reality.

Please consider contributing to Isaak’s journey to Pebble Beach. by participating in this fundraiser par 3 tournament. Our goal is to raise $1,500. Your generosity will not only support him but also inspire other youth in our community to dream big and work hard.

Tournament Format:

  • 2-person teams will play The Loop twice (6 holes total).
  • Format: Scramble
  • 5 shotgun waves available:
    • Wave 1 – 9:00 AM
    • Wave 2 – 10:00 AM
    • Wave 3 – 11:00 AM
    • Wave 4 – 12:00 PM
    • Wave 5 – 1:00 PM
      (You may request a preferred wave during registration—we’ll do our best to accommodate.)

Skills Challenges (After Your Round):

  • Long Putt Challenge: Each partner putts once; total distance from the hole determines score.
  • Chipping Challenge: Same format as above with a chip shot.
    These challenges will be used to break any ties!

Bonus Competitions:

  • Closest to the Pin
  • “Isaak Challenge” – A surprise challenge during play!

Registration:

  • Team Entry: $30 per team
  • Individual Entry: $15 (you’ll be randomly paired with another solo registrant)
